"The staff is amazing. It is more of a retro boutique vibe so if you’re used to the more chain, vanilla type places, you may not love it. The location cannot be beat in my opinion, being right across the street from the Farmers Market with tons of dining options around. A Trader Joes and CVS 5m walk. Tons of shopping at The Grove also next to the Farmer's Market. Also found the location quite central to the other places we went. I will come back."

"First impressions can be deceiving — this hotel is truly a hidden gem. The Chamberlain has classic old Hollywood charm and an unbeatable location: walkable to spots like the Rainbow Room, Trader Joe’s, and Gracias Madre, with a quick Uber ride to just about anywhere else in West Hollywood. We stayed in a studio suite with a fireplace and balcony, and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Best of all, it was super quiet, which is very important to us — a rare find in this area. We loved the bar, which doubles as a coffee service in the mornings, and the rooftop pool was perfect for both sunrise and sunset. The staff was warm and welcoming, greeting us at check-in with their signature champagne cocktail, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Charming, comfortable, and thoughtfully run — we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
