"Reception was busy, but helpful once the delay was cleared after about 10 mins. Also on two occassions during our stay we tried calling reception unsuccessfully until disconnected. We enjoyed the free wine tasting hour with Kies and cannt recall the Friday night winery, but was also enjoyed. Buffet breakfast was superb, a good selection of fruit, cereals and hot food.(need to update your toasters though,very slow!) The room was excellent, king bed, fantastic bathroom, with aa very useful...

"Great place to stay if you have a late or early morning flight Beds were comfortable and room-huge and clean My only disappointment was the shower water pressure and I had to have on full hot Slight water pressure which is no good to wash long thick hair Breakfast was good This is a convenient place to stay for the airport"

"Rooms very dated and sterile looking, not even a picture on the wall, cold room, dim bathroom lighting, no water in the fridge and not even a biscuit with the tea and coffee provided The pool and spa was very un inviting, not what you would expect from a hotel On checking out wee were not even asked if we had a pleasant stay which is common courtesy Breakfast was not memorable, mostly cold and we left ours Staff in the sports bar were nice and helpful"
