"The staff were very nice. The location to the airport was good and the shuttle was right on time. The property was in what seemed to be a sketchy area. My feet were filthy after walking across the floor and the shower was dirty. "

"It is great for an airport hotel. The shuttle driver is excellent. In the morning they could not provide a shuttle to the airport for us so they paid fora taxi. The rooms have been renovated. The staff was great. A perfect hotel for an overnight stay"

"This place was quiet, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were very accommodating. My favourite part was check-in, when they offered us warm cookies. I only took 3 of the 4 offered, and when he kept insisting, I mentioned I have celiac disease, and they even had a gluten-free option for me, which I really appreciated. There was lots of parking, the pool was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, and the courtyard was a perfect, clean place to relax and hang out."

"Do not stay here if you want a clean or safe location. I checked out not even 30 mins after arriving because I did not want to subject my family in staying here nor did I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here for 2 nights without getting my room or car broken into. The check in receptionist was nice and friendly despite being very busy, that was the only positive experience. Everything else went down hill fast. Property: Dog crap through out the complex. "The room wasn’t cleaned well. Sheets had stains. I comfort the top of the bed was grayish color instead of white. They definitely need better laundry service. "

"Absolutely terrible. You should take this one off your list of options for hotels. Very dirty-dirt on the floor, dirt stained towels, hair on the tub. Breakfast was a joke. coffee machine broken, tiny bottles of Sunny D was their answer for orange juice. Worst breakfast ever. "

When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible! Staff were pleasant though and did their job. "
