"Sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer. Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das uns viele gute Tipps gegeben hat (Restaurant und Ruinen). Im Innenhof ist ein hübscher Pool. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Parken war ohne Probleme auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz möglich."

"We had an amazing stay here in a beautiful palapa roofed home. It was well equipped, even had coffee, tea and sugar. Bathroom included ample towels, and shower \ hair products. It was nicely decorated, the hammock was great to relax in and beds were comfortable. Outside was beautiful with lots of plants, tiny geckos, birds and a few resident cats which were sweet and friendly. The pool was refreshing and had a good temperature. There was a rustic covered outdoor common area with more hammocks...

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
