"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

"So I’m going to be 100% honest on this review. The staff especially Amanda was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean however my first room we checked into had a terrible pet order smell. However Amanda and her team took care of that and got me moved to another room and that room was so much better. Both rooms were clean but the first one just had that pet Odor. She hands down handled check ins, check outs, rude patrons, manual walk ups to rooms, impatient individuals, calls to corporate, IT calls, ALL with PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE, KINDNESS & I DONT THINK SHE EVER WENT TO LUNCH IR HAD A BATHROOM BREAK through the entire shift. It was even a gathering in the first floor room, and these people were spilling stuff all through the lobby and tracking it all over the floor and she had to try to make sure that that got cleaned...

"This is my go to hotel when traveling to the area. Rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Many, if not all, have been remodeled. The staff is always super nice! Amy, the manager, was quick to resolve a minor charge that was due to be refunded from a prior visit. Appreciate you all. See you next time!"

"I had a great stay at this Fairfield. I live in west TN but had surgery in Chicago and needed to stay somewhat close for the night before going home. I am on crutches because I had a hip replaced and the front desk put me in a room right off the lobby and in front of the breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable, I’m having my other hip done and I’ll be staying there again. "
