"They were overbooked. They called me to tell me they could not accommodate my reservation as I was enroute from another state. Kitchens have absolutely nothing in them. I contacted my third party vendor who contacted them and stated they would have a room for me after all. The posters posted state that each kitchen is fully stocked. "The sheets were clean but not much else. Bathroom was full of mold, faucets installed backwards, rough towels, cracked and peeling cabinets."

"The pool staff allowed several small children in paddle jumpers go down the water slides but when my daughter went up in hers they told her she couldn't. "The room was very spacious. The private bathroom was great. The kitchen was really nice to have. The bed was comfortable. However, there were no USB plugs. The a/c was okay. The television reception was awful. I would stay again. It was quiet and in a good location. Staff was really nice. The amenities were great. No breakfast, which did not bother me. One of the better hotels to stay at."

"I was greeted with a smile from the Desk Clerk, completely apprised of all the amenities and urged to make use of them. My room was delightfully clean and cooled, beginning with the sitting room and kitchenette, separate room for sleeping, and yet another room for shower and toilet. Needless to say, my first luxury was dropping my luggage in the waiting rack and climbing in to the hot shower which had shampoo/conditioner/body cleanser readily available, a very welcome option following the past...

"Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again."
