"The room was very clean and the hotel was nice overall but honestly, the staff could be trained better on customer service and politeness. There was a glitch with my reservation and rather than assure me that we can get to the bottom of it, I was antagonized and made to feel like Everything was my fault and that I was surely mistaken and did not have a reservation. things got heated unnecessarily and Once they finally figured it out… No apology was even issued…. "This is my third or fourth night staying here in a couple of months. Generally it’s fine for the money. Bare bones. Nice beds. Comfortable. But this last time, the TV remote only worked if I was 3 inches away from the TV and the hot water took about 10 minutes to warm up in the evening. It warmed up right away in the morning."
