"There was no hot water in the room, so it was even difficut to wash your face let alone shower! The pool was closed. On Friday, there were no eggs and 4 sausages in the breakfast buffet. On Saturrday, the orange juice was only water. No staff was available to complain or correct the problems. I was told that the bill would be adjusted but they charged full price - $250 a night! And, I believe they have bed bugs in room 103. Both my husband and I had several bites that itch!! I treated my suitcase as contaminated when I returned home. No one was at the reception desk when we left Sunday morning. I am going to contact corporate Comfort Inn! Verna Duchesneau"
