"Bright clean room, very friendly staff, great breakfast "

"Room was very clean however I would say the shower I had could have done with some bleach on the sealant at the bottom as it had a little yellowing. That's very minor in the grand scheme of things as the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday trip and they gave me a little gift and a card, it was the little things. "Absolutely worth every penny. Easily the best hotel in Newcastle. Beautiful modern rooms, luxurious details, incredible food, and such friendly, attentive staff. We were greeted at the door and our bags were taken straight to our room. I’d 100% stay here again."

"Drove in to the arch Was met bye Josh at the door , amazing lad took my car also our bags checked us in our luggage was took to rooms as we had to go straight away and walk up to the stadium to watch Newcastle ! Hotel is amazing would recommend it to everyone and it’s definitely 5 stars "

"Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. "

"We stayed for just one night visiting our son at Uni. The apartment was superb. Perfect as a comfortable base for going out and about. Despite the traffic in the area it was quiet. Bed was comfy so a good night’s sleep. Communication from the owner was excellent. Will definitely return. "

"Fabulous stay in perfect location, all staff were friendly and helpful, shoutout to Andrew and Tessie in particular for excellent service of the lovely breakfast, room was comfortable with every amenity required. If I have to find a fault I can only cite the pillows were not to my personal liking."

"I had a very pleasant one night stay in the Osborne hotel on January 7th the check-in was very smooth and quick I was travelling alone so my room was for one person and had everything I needed for my stay. staff are very welcoming and attentive the breakfast is table service and very good.would definitely stay here again.
