"The staff members were helpful but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Roaches were all over our room, the amenities in the room were old, rusted and falling apart. The property could definitely use a makeover to be better. "

"We checked in without concern. Was advised that if we smoked or caused damages, that-we would lose our deposits. We had no issue with this. Made our way up to our rooms. However, en route we crossed paths with young men smoking cannabis in the corridor. After a brief reflection and observation of what was viewed as illegal activity, we checked out. All within the space of 30 mins. We shared our concerns with the receptionist. Credit to the receptionist, she was polite and courteous. She however acknowledged our plans for departure, advising that she would refund our deposits and for us to contact Hotels.com for a refund. Through a transparent discussion, I shared my observations of drug use, with this being the primary reason for our prompt departure. The receptionist acknowledged my concerns, sharing that she suspected that we wouldn’t stay, even whilst processing our check in. My suspicion would be that this hotel supports the local community in providing emergency social housing for those in need. Whilst I support this level of support for wider communities, this is definitely not a place for solo, business, family, leisure focused travellers within the FLL area Only through a tireless effort did we receive a full refund, despite the hotel reporting to Hotels.com that our experience/ observations were unfounded. "

"Airport shuttle was prompt. Check-in was smooth. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Small food grill store available for meals."

"The airport shuttle was not easy they send a Uber to pick us up from the airport that one wasn't bad but when we was leaving to go back to the airport they called a next Uber to take us because the shuttle was not there. The shuttle what supposed to take us to the airport was a jeep and his name came to my phone he said he was minutes away however, a Uber driver in a sports car pulled up to pick another lady but the man inside told us to go with him i told him that our bags would not be able to fit in this small car he said they could fit i asked him what is the name of this Uber driver he said he doesn't know i must asked him. Only two of our bags fit in the back truck, two went in front seat and the other bag was placed between us which was very uncomfortable we wasn't able to buckle up it wasn't like the other Uber driver didn't show up he did and they canceled it. I would not recommend no one there the office staff was not pleasant at all. The washers and dryer was good. "

"So this property really looks beat up on the outside but the commons areas on the inside are not bad. The room I had 315 was ok except the bathroom, the bathtub needs to be changed as the color on the tub floor looks black and the bathroom wall tiles in the shower looks like it don’t get scrub….there is clear evidence of scum in the tiles grout and also in the corners of the bathtub. Hair was also stick to the shower curtain. A part of the ceiling in my room looks like it had mold. I also found a hair accessory on the floor next to the bed. The room had a mini refrigerator and microwave which was good. The hotel is across the street from restaurants and shopping (Publix, Marshall’s, Chinese food, dollar tree and a few others)"
