"Was planning on switching hotels half way during my stay in Singapore, but ended up here the whole trip. I am a frequent Singapore traveller, and believe my benchmark for giving this hotel 5 stars is quite good. The rooms are spacious, staff attentive and the facilities hold a high standard. The roof top pool is excellent with amazing views. I prefer boutique hotels over the large alternatives that Asia offers. "First time staying at this apart hotel and it had been absolutely divine ! The cleanliness is next level and the feel within the room is so Zen and tranquil. The room was tastefully styled with no lack of amenities. Staff were great. Lots of food including Starbucks just across the road along with local choices just 2mins away. MRT (Buona Vista) is only a 4mins walk. Was hoping to rebook for another stay but stood no chance (and no surprise). Will be my go to whenever I land in Singapore. "
"Really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Orchad. The service was excellent.
Breakfast options were great, be warned it does get busy and so you will have to queue after 8:30/9am. We went early so did not have to queue.
Location is excellent. The metro station is walking distance and you can also walk to the main shopping area Orchad Road."
"I loved this hotel! This will be my new secret hiding spot when I am passing through Singapore. This is a boutique hotel, with a small amount of rooms, so it is always very quiet and private. It is the perfect upscale place to avoid crowds. The scent upon walking into the hotel was breathtaking!"

"Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting.
Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe.
Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks.
