"Easy and fast check in! We stayed as a quick overnight after exhausted travel, and we had such a great night sleep. We stayed in a room with a queen and a single for our toddler, and even he had a great sleep. The room was very fresh and clean, with a microwave, kettle and toaster. The wonderful lady who checked us in also checked us out and she was so lovely! We booked randomly because they had availability, but we would definitely stay again and recommend!"

"Smelled very strong of cigarettes. Bathroom mouldy and and floor sticky. Didn’t want to be in there with without shoes on. Pubes/hair in bed. Vanity falling apart. Felt unsafe. Very noisy and many people all walking around inside apartment area. Signage not great. Old hotel name still on the door to entrance. Random wood covering man hole - who else could access our room? Left early and receptionist replied “sorry you felt that way”"

"The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. "Where to begin. The room (20) was spacious in the corner with two large windows. The en-suite was clean with plenty of beach space. The bed was comfortable. RSL next door had good food but oh so loud. That’s where it ends. If you want white towels and sheets don’t stay here. Especially the sheets. Mid grey in colour and not ironed. Towels were on the older side and light grey. The black mould on the curtains and blinds was terrible."
