"Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. "

"It was a clean room in a building site."

"The room was okay. The spa was a great feature. But the room needed a little clean up, The shower head was broken and spraying out the back of the head. "

"I spent 2 nights there in mid March. Check in and check out were easy and a pleasant experience. The room was a bit dated but comfortable. The location is good, with a 10 minute or so walk into Terrigal shops via the road, or a 5 minute walk along the beach at low tide. I can see why this is a popular place to stay in the warmer months. "
