"From pre-arrival through to checkout, Bells are on a mission to make your stay a great experience. Every staff member you cone in contact with is fruendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. There are nice little extras in your room. The restaurant and bar area looks out over the grounds or sit outside if you like. "Check in/out was fast and easy, receptionists were always friendly. Nice short stroll to Long Jetty for a bbq and walk. Building is fairly new, room was clean and comfortable. Access to Diggers for meals, as the hotel itself doesn't have the facilities. We were placed on level 2, so we were woken up by people heading back to their room from Diggers (10 mins of conversation and laughter). I suggest they place families on other floors. "
