"Staff was undoubtedly the best part for me; always helpful and kind. The room was ready hours before I got there and spotless, and I found the bed surprisingly comfortable. I only stayed for one night but they made my experience seemless and comfortable. It was also nice to have ready access to a café/bakery as well as a bar/restaurant."

"The hotel was a bit dated, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, but it could use a renovation. Enjoyed my stay regardless. The hotel is located close to a light rail line and two shopping centers, so it is very convenient for someone looking to attend a convention or do some sightseeing. Would stay again!"

"Parking is a little difficult for large trucks."

"When I went in my room place looks cleaned. Everything was in order. Very spacious. Bathroom, living room, bed room clean. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the TV in my room didnt work. They sent someone up but he couldnt get it to work Unfortunately. But other than that 10/10 i high recommend. They dont have their own parking Unfortunately. There is a little parking lot in the back $25 all day $30 overnight."

"The staff and the breakfast was wonderful. The only thing is they don't serve lunch or dinner. Everything else was excellent."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, and appreciated the secured garage parking."

"4th floor was not connected to the Main Elevator, Disabled Person should be in the 1st or 2nd floor connected with the Main elevator, Booked 2 rooms and its not even connected together"

"Hotel was a .5 or less mile walk to Hollywood blvd. It was in a safe location. Easy ride share pickup/dropoff. There appeared to be adequate parking but we did not have a car. Property & rooms were clean, ac worked well, shower had great water pressure, good area for applying makeup & getting ready, breakfast was just good enough. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast staff not so much. Rooms were cleaned every other day but you could request more frequent service or just...

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, favorite part was the pool and location and parking. Walking distance to polular locations was great."
