"The location can't be beat. You'll find yourself right in the center of everything, yet it's quiet and safe. The staff is courteous and helpful. The in-room dining menu is competitively priced. But the room itself, though clean and comfortable, left a bit to be desired. The bathroom door slammed shut behind me. One of the sliding closet doors was stuck, leaving half the closet unusable. The ice bucket didn't work. Considering how much the room cost, I expected better. Still, I'd stay here again....

"Online didn't say you have to pay extra for vallet parking, over priced rooms, you can't control the fan on the a/c, the bathroom door was a barn door style and wouldn't stay closed so no privacy in the bathroom. Was not a10 minute walk from Hollywood blvd"
