"The hotel is new, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. Convenient shop locations. It was perfect for what we needed. One difficulty is parking since no lot is connected to the hotel, and there is no real drop off area designated for the hotel. They charge $47 per night if you need to park a vehicle. They do have a small driveway area where they allow guest drop off and pick for about 20 minutes. "

"It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...

"El hotel es amplio, bonito y las habitaciones están muy bien. Todo el personal es muy amable desde el inicio hasta el final, el único detalle es la zona en la que se encuentra. Está muy cerca de las estaciones del metro de Vermont/Santa Mónica y Vermont/Sunset, lo que lo hace muy accesible, pero no tan cambiable, pues tal vez está cerca de algún barrio. No recomiendo caminar por la noche ahí, si regresas tarde mejor en Uber."
