Hotel dekat Central Park

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The shuttle service was so convenient, and I absolutely loved having that option. I also ate dinner at the restaurant, and everything was delicious! The bed was so comfortable, there were plenty of outlets to charge my devices, and I appreciated having a nice TV and reliable Wi-Fi. If I had to find something negative, I would have two things to mention. 1. When I first walked into my room, it was completely dark because the shades were closed. As a...

"Park sleep and fly, plus delivery and pickup at airport is why we stay at this location, and bus drivers are great ,when they are actually called-waited over 1hour for pickup after calling, and after call back the third time ,employee Trish laughed and admitted she had forgotten-usual pickup time is approx 15 minutes , and this has happened one other time, with same response-this was first time back at this location, after using another hotel on several occasions, and what a mistake-never...

"Check in went very smoothly. Our room was nice. Our room had a sweet perfume smell that I’m not a fan of. There was some mold in our shower."

"Super friendly"

"Public places very tired, carpet dirty. Room was ok. They were doing some remodeling, so understandable. Very thin walls tho, could hear every footstep in the room above us. Would not stay again."

"Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was just enough. Pool and workout room were clean. Well worth the money."

"The hospitality was incredible, they moved the reservation since a family member passed at no cost to us. Phenomenal service."

"They are in the middle of a big renovation project. Boxes of building supplies are at the front door and lobby and breakfasts area. The lobby is literally in the middle of being redone. All that to say the staff were great. Breakfast was generous and replenished often. Room was comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. Close to interstate and lots of restaurants."
