"I don't usually write reviews for hotel stays, but the staff, accommodations, and amenities at Sentral Sol were so above and beyond my expectations that I have to give them the praise they deserve. The standout feature was the staff - they were some of the most friendly people that I have ever interacted with at hotels. They really made guests feel like they are welcome and at home instead just another ATM for the hotel's profit margins. My guest and I were offered food by one of the staff in the elevator who was bringing it to other team members (which was such a warm display of camaraderie among the staff) and another staff accommodated a late check out without nickel and diming me and my guest. On top of this, the room was spacious, clean, and had incredible views of downtown Phoenix. I also had a chance to use the gym, the pool, and the hot hub even during my short stay because everything was kept in tip top shape. I would 100% recommend Sentral Sol and would definitely stay here again in the future for visits to Phoenix. In fact, their management team should train other hotels to be more like them!"

"This is a wonderful property and the staff are so courteous and welcoming. I stayed here for 4-days in conjunction with a conference. It was super easy to get to from the airport using the light rail train. I arrived a little early and the staff graciously arranged for an early check in for me. The breakfast is really nice and had a number of healthy options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Rob"

"The stay was pretty good, amenities, restaurant and bar. Staff welcoming and attentive, the popsicles were refreshing with unique tasty flavors. We were close by to our attractions, hiking. The one thing that seemed odd is the tv didn’t work consistently. Though we were barely in our room, one night we wanted to relax and just watch tv. Maintenance came by 2x to reset, connect the remote, but after you turn it off the next time it wouldn’t work again, only showed screen savers. So, that’s the one minor thing that was a major pain to keep experiencing."
