"Ice maker on several floors was broken, the hot tub not in service. The pool looks run down. The room wallpaper falling off the walls and the door in the bathroom floor falling apart. For what I paid for my 5 night stay I was expecting a well kept hotel."

"This hotel was so conveniently located for us. The pool & courtyard were a lovely area although we would have liked to get in before 7am. Other nice areas to sit with our coffee. There had been extensive updates to the hotel which were well done. Elevator carpet still needs to be replaced & sadly it looks like the house keeping carts have damaged the nice new wallpaper in the halls. Boo. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My biggest critique is there was too much oversized furniture in the room...

"The room was very clean and well apointed. We stayed the night as we went to see a show, and this was a convenient location. It is located in the heart of downtown entertainment. Walkable to most of the major stadiums, Museums, and conference centers in the area. Perfect for a romantic weekend. Check in is a little late IMO, but we were able to check in a few hours early which was nice. Wish there was a pool on site, but other than that it was perfect."
