"This is not a hotel or a rental property. For checking in, the only message I received was a requirement to register with their site. A number is provided for texting only. Messaging the number resulted in refusal to provide check-in instructions and prompted me once again to register with their site for all visitor info and instructions. Turns out, you check yourself in at a kiosk, which sounded cool, until it repeatedly failed to make our room keys. The room has SOME of the amenities and...

"Beautiful hotel, very well kept. Smells almost tropical when you walk in the lobby to check in. Valet was super quick to get my vehicle when requested and were super helpful with directions. Open concept hotel so it was quite loud as there was a conference - we were on the 7th floor, conference was on the 2nd floor and the sound echos up to the surrounding rooms. Pool area is nice, nothing too fancy but a good place to catch some sun."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The property was well-maintained, and everything in the room was in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the parking situation was a bit confusing at first and could use better signage or clearer instructions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"I love this building 4th time I've stayed here and will stay again. Love the location and the attached parking garage. The staff for placemaker and the Anova building are great. They have a really cool pool area and a jenga set made out of 2×4's. So creative."

"We loved the industrial vibe of the room. Housekeeping did not make up bed or leave washcloths when requested. Had to ask for more coffee cups, as we were out and they were not replaced. Went down to the restaurant/bar one afternoon and sat there for 20 minutes and we were totally ignored. We left and went to a restaurant across the street. I understand everyone has bad days, but the focus didn’t seem to be on the customer. If in the area, I don’t think we would try them again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Especially enjoy the managers reception in the evening and the full breakfast offered each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and provide extras like microwave, coffee, refrigerator as well as a mini sink in kitchen area. Only complaint I would offer is it's $32 to park overnight so keep that in mind when pricing this hotel."

"I was not notified that their was remodeling going on, breakfast was good but area due to construction there was some dust and sadly gym had no equipment. But check in and out very good customer service."
