"This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Quiet area but also in walking distance of a main road with lots of shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the fridge door would no open without taking the cabinet door off. "

"Our favorite hotel in seaport, Boston. Rooms are small but manageable. Hotel located centrally to seaport and is a bridge over to downtown and north end. Hotel also sits above the SILVER LINE, which means free bus ride from Logan to Courthouse and only $2.50 for the return trip to Logan. Best part, the food options around the area is incredible. "Lovely staff all around. The hotel overbooked and so I was asked if I really needed the room type I requested. I paid full price and booked weeks in advance so I presumed it would be ok. I ended up getting a lower floor room and couldn’t even get extra bedding as the hotel was so crowded. Be mindful this may happen. "

"The service at the hotel was good and the overall property was decent. However, we specifically booked this hotel because there were evil our group and the room was supposed to include a sofa bed.
While the sofa bed was prepared when we arrived, the mattress was extremely poor quality—you could feel every spring and even the metal frame underneath, making it completely unusable.
We requested a rollaway bed instead, and the staff brought one quickly, but unfortunately that mattress wasn’t...

"The Parker House is a historical property in a great location near Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail. However, the property feels old and dated. Hallways aren’t well kept, saw an anima running along the floor one night. Issues with the electricity in the room, could feel static. Main light would not stay on.
