"This hotel was extremely difficult to get to. It was listed as being only an 8–10 minute walk from the metro, but the reality was very different. The hotel is currently surrounded by an active building site, and reaching it involved walking through a poorly signposted tunnel that felt confusing and inconvenient. We eventually gave up and ordered an Uber, and even the driver struggled to find the hotel.

"Had a very pleasant experience. Staff were very attentive and helpful. No ask was too big or small and I felt very at home. The pastries at breakfast were magnificent, best croissants I’ve ever had!
Only drawback is having to pay to access the pool which is housed within the spa. Should always be included in a property of that calibre but overall, an excellent hotel!"

"The room was incredible. Clean and with a waterfall shower. It feels straight out of an Ikea catalogue. The location is amazing with all of the tour hotspots nearby and there’s plenty to explore without even leaving the hotel. The hotel is multi-faceted and serves all needs for any guests. The staff are helpful and are very accommodating. To note, the AC was not functioning when we were staying there, but the hotel did provide us with a fan which was helpful!"

"Very clean and quaint small historic hotel. Location is perfect and very easy access, we could put our luggage there after check out. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Just be ware that stairs to rooms are steep and sound carries from the rooms when walking and closing doors - there are earplugs in room for use. I would definitely stay here again - so cozy and nice."

"Very nice stay, little extras were nice!
The breakfast was wonderful one of best.
A reason I will not recommend or return was due to a luggage issue in which the not so nice lady at the front desk said I could not store it even though I paid for the room. All other hotels near this one allowed it for each day before the check-in time. I will choose those next year when I return & not recommend this hotel to my friends. It cost me more money than I expected to pay because she made me store my 1...
