"The hotel location was absolutely amazing and the rooms were very clean. The parking garage however, was absolutely terrible. The lighting in the garage was very sketchy and there were no arrows to help navigate in and out."

I do think that at check-in, staff should let you know that rooms are cleaned every other day, so new towels and complimentary coffee will not be restocked in your room if you are staying more than one night. "Very sad upgrades to say it is the Penn State University. And Football Season and the huge price hikes should be able to cover any updates or upgrades needed to remain at the PSU Standard. "We drove down on a Thursday to go to my nieces a Special Olympics event that they held at the Penn State University. The Days inn was only a mile from where we had to go and everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and very helpful when we had a concern or problem would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and will stay at this hotel again in the future."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Carnegie House. The property was beautiful and well designed, and it had a warm, homey feeling, partly because of the friendly regulars who made it feel welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bed was very nice. The food was good, the bar was well stocked, and the fire pit was a relaxing place to spend time.
