"All good and great view for our room!"

"We had a room with a full kitchen, a king size bed and a balcony. Pro: The room was clean and well furnished. The staff is helpful. The breakfast included is simple, but good. Cons: the room itself is small, but the bathroom and shower are really really small. Making them hard to navigate. The insulation of the door to the balcony is not great. We could ear a lot of the noise from the street below."

"I used to love the Business Inn and stayed there every time I was in Ottawa, but I went back this week for the first time since the pandemic and it wasn’t great. The pillows are huge/hard and so uncomfortable on your neck, the shower is weak, and something in the room was setting off an allergy (I have a few, so won’t speculate which one). While staff were professional and polite, it’s too bad that it otherwise wasn’t as good as it used to be. "
