It was on a corner of a major street and there were some questionable people around but they kept to themselves and felt safe still. Check in was smooth and effortless. "Clean and impressive apartment"

"Great property at Great location. Parking has options and we literally had a 2 minute walk from Parking to the property. This is not a hotel room but could be a full time live in condo. Can't say enough good things about it. The one negative was no elevator for a rd floor room. My wife struggled a bit but I would recommend this property and stay there if I go back to Quebec"

"We stayed in a king loft room for 3 nights. The room was pretty big. The bathroom was very nice with a perfect shower. The bed was not bad but the sheet was not fitted so kept moving all over the place. Good pillows. AC worked well. Parking place was available for us. Bus stop right on the street but we used Uber to the old town and walked back. Nice grocery a block away. Fridge in room nice. Ice available near lobby. Glasses are nice in room. "Great large property. A little further away from things than we thought. 20 minute walk to key areas. Area was a little rough with many drug addicts sleeping on the street around the property"

"I really liked the keyless entry to the building and room, and that we didn't have to worry about arriving late and having to coordinate checking in with a person. The full kitchen was amazing to have a multi-day stay, and I'm so glad there was an elevator along with the stairs. The room was well-maintained, clean, and we were able to control the room temperature ourselves. Parking is the only thing that is a bit tricky, but we were always able to find a spot. "There is no staff. The rooms are far from soundproof. Great location but plan for parking difficulty. There is an Indigo lot I paid $55 American for two full days. (Download app ahead of time) Overall, I plan to return based on price, balcony, and location."

"La chambre était bruyante du au restaurant de la gare juste à coté. Chambre avec 1 lit double (petit pour couple) 1 divan lit qui n’était pas prêt à notre arrivée. Un itinérant est venu dormir sur notre terrasse, c’est quand même particulier. Pour le prix, le confort du lit et des oreillers aurait pu être mieux. Pour le reste très propre, bien situé, bonne communication avec l’hôte."
