"I booked for one night, before I arrived to the hotel they had took my payment of $430 at 11am in the morning which isn’t check in time. Once I arrived I was told I had to do a $150 deposit which was understandable, as I’m checking my balance in my account they had took another $580 when I went to speak with front desk I was told they do that because a lot of people do fraud, but my thing is if you are going to take extra money that should be stated upon check in time because they ended up...

"The room seemed to be clean but the toilet kept running and we had to go into the tank and fix it. It still didn’t work right. There was black mold in the shower calk. The place needs an overhaul. The one good thing is that the hotel is near 287 highway."

"The room was large but stark. It lacked furniture and a place to put luggage - no luggage racks and no dresser. Ironing board was a table top version but no place other than the floor to put it. The king bed was mushy and caved to the center. Bathroom was old and small and needed a deep cleaning. A/C worked well and the staff was pleasant."

"I’ve stayed there previously; however this time I was assigned room 219D. (Never seen a room there with a letter after the room number). My scheduled flight was canceled, and I arrived at 1:00 AM, too tired to request a room change. The room was tiny, a “broom closet”, very disappointing."

"Very very outdated bedspread and blankets etc, bed and pillows were not comfy. The air conditioner was so loud I had such a hard time sleeping. Walls were kinda cracking. It just felt very old. The woman at the front desk though was the sweetest, friendliest woman. She was so lovely and helpful. I would give the front desk woman a 10 - I wish I knew her name. The hotel itself was fine for one night but it needs improvements"

"The room was clean but didn’t smell clean had a damp smell. The ac was super loud too. But worst was traffic noise, from the LIE at night. The gym was good, but no bottle water in the gym, the dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good, lots of options."

"The room was below average with cracked sink , dirt and scum on the walls. Strong cleaner smell as if they cleaned. TV outdated. Fridge with no freezer. Nothing is modern or updated."
