"Great location close to Pearson airport with a free shuttle which was useful to get downtown quickly and cheaply. Room was really comfortable and spacious. Bed was comfortable or that might have been the jet lag"

"The room was clean and functional. Just a little musty smell and I think it’s was the carpet. The breakfast was good but they shut down at 9:30 AM instead of 10 like most hotels do in the USA but overall I had a very good stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites."

"Their rooms on level 1 aka basement are very musty. We asked to move up on day 2 and they were really nice and cooperative to move us to a higher floor. Breakfast was okay 5/10. We got what we paid for though. Not sure if I would call it a 3 star hotel. A clean place to stay for most part. I would go again at the right price."

"This is one of the best hotels in the area for the cost. I would always return once the standard remains. From the spacious room to the lovely lobby and shuttle service, they continue to be an excellent choice for visitors. For improvement, I recommend a full sized mirror in rooms as well as an updated laundry room as there isn't efficient machines for guest to do their own laundry."

"The complimentary breakfast was very good. All staff was very professional and friendly. Room was decent- value for money. I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport-10 mins drive to airport. The hotel has complimentary shuttle service to the airport."

"We stayed in room 637 which was very cleaned and all the amenities were available. However, the shower was not draining well and the shower door handle is loose. Some minor maintenance required otherwise everything was excellent."
