"I had a very disappointing experience from check-in to check-out. I arrived only about a 1.5 hour before the official check-in time (3 PM), and it was very clear that my room—and others—were already ready since the hotel was not busy at all. I was extremely tired and politely asked the receptionist if I could check in a bit early, but she refused. What made it worse was that about 20 minutes later, while I was still waiting, she allowed another guest to check in early. Only after I complained...

The airport shuttle arrived at the hotel on time and the driver was friendly. Although I did not visit it, was nice to have a restaurant/bar on site. "We have stayed many times over the past 3-4 months at this location. This time around wasn’t the greatest. Upon arrival the floor we were on had an issue with the pipping and there was a towel on the floor and the oder wasn’t the greatest. The Tv in the room wasn’t working properly and the handle on the fridge was broken as well. We were shocked at this as we have stayed here before. "
