"The staff was very attentive, especially Catalina. The issue I found was the service at the meeting rooms; they have personnel who takes care of the guests' requests or any information related to the use of the room. I had to beg the lady at the front desk of the Gym to please call somebody to open or bring some water. The Breakfast is good and has a variety "

"Don’t even think to stay in this DUMP. The property is in very bad condition. The Staff is not friendly. The Room had mold on the ceiling!. The towels had holes. No hot water in the shower. The breakfast I’d serve in the basement in a very dark room. The entire hotel is horrible!"

"We arrived on a Friday, the water didn’t work. It seemed like they knew this was an issue because after we called the would turn it on for about 20 minutes and then it would be off. We called no less than 7 times about this issue. After dealing with this we also had intermittent power issues. There is barely any light in the room and it’s incredibly dark, They also claimed they had natural ventilation but the room was so hot we had to go into the hallway to cool off… they eventually brought us a fan which did little. After all this the couldn’t even give us a free meal or an apology. Do yourself a favor and stay away…"

"This is a super nice hotel and we stayed in one of the appartments, it is a nice place to stay with family but not for elderly people. Walking distance for the eldery with limited capacity is too much. We loved the Plaza Cafe restaurant. But overall is was a nice experience there. "

"Some rooms good some horrible but you’ll never know until you check in. Misleading - photos snd description tell you nothing. Believe me I know cause I extended my stay it went from great to terrible progressively. I am cutting the stay short this time. "
