"This hotel rooms are 1 star cheap looking, no amenities a ridiculous shower that leaked all over. It felt like a servant’s room from last century. They offer things they don’t have like shuttle service and restaurant. The bars are on 8th floor, they are rented in the bldg and they are super noisy at night. Breakfast is served in a gloomy room in the parking lot! Terrible hotel."

"Not at all what you would come to expect from a W. They should rebrand to something else because it’s fine for a whatever hotel but nowhere near good enough for a W. Checkin took forever, no idea why, there wasn’t any line. They didn’t even explain where the bar/pool/anything was. You have to take 2 elevators to the rooms which is super annoying. We had booked a reso at the bar a month out and when we got to the bar they had no idea who we were. We didn’t even bother with the pool/spa area because we heard it wasn’t great. Takes forever to get to anything from this location in bogota. Wouldn’t recommend, lots of better options "

"Todo generalmente muy bueno, lo unico es que las habitaciones con balcón como en el caso nuestra son super ruidosas, se escucha todo el ruido de la calla y tuvimos mala suerte de que estaban haciendo reparaciones en la calle de enfrente durante la madrugada y fue imposible dormir, el hotel no brindo ningúna solución"

The issue I found was the service at the meeting rooms; they have personnel who takes care of the guests' requests or any information related to the use of the room. I had to beg the lady at the front desk of the Gym to please call somebody to open or bring some water. The Breakfast is good and has a variety "
