"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. "Would have given 5 stars but the man on duty Sunday night 24th May was most unhelpful. His directions included to turn left at the big tree. There are multiple big trees! His attitude was not hospitable. When we came back an hour later and I said we got lost he replied ok and shrugged his shoulders as though not bothered."
