"The hotel is small, but cozy; breakfast was excellent. We found everyone most accommodating, very helpful. There has to be a great management too to hire people with charisma & willing to help at any time. It would have made our stay much easier though if there would have been a bottle of water in the room & tissues. Also the lighting in the room was poor. We found the location fantastic, as there are many stores, supermarket, Mall & restaurants at walking distance. The Marina across the hotel...

"My feelings about the place are mixed. Let's start with the good. Nice location, It is a neighborhood part of copacabana beach, but away from the crowd, just walking distance. Police is at the corner wich makes it safe, rental bikes and scooters less than a block away. Breakfas was nice. Now the not so good. The room we got was in the first floor above the lobby. Had a nice view of the beach but also of the roof, with the reminder that most smokers believe the world is their personal ashtray....

"la página de expidia pone al hotel como cuatro estrellas. Pero los servicios son de dos estrellas. Jamás respondieron una llamada la operadora o servicio a habitación. Los lavadores horribles varias veces tuve las usar las escaleras. Las habitaciones descuidadas, olor a humedad."

"Nice hotel, pleasant helpful staff at check in. Comfy bed, good breakfast, nice pool area with great views. My only issue was the windows in our room were so dirty it ruined the amazing view, which was the rooms selling point."

"nice and helpful staff! but, I wouldn't go back just because the hotel rooms are outdated and don't have storage space. also, when we went to check out, they charged us for three water bottles when we only drank one. I don't know if the cleaning person drank them or if they forgot to restock after the last person, but it was definitely overwhelming that we had to pay for something that we didn't drink. other than that, my experience was wonderful."

"En general es muy bueno; sin embargo, hubo detalles que hacían la estadía un poco molesta. Por ejemplo, el cancel del baño para la regadera no tenía puerta, entonces el agua se salía... y por más que pusieras un tapete terminaba todo mojado. Solo había un ascensor, nosotros nos quedamos hasta el piso 13... entonces sí era algo necesario. El ascensor tenía una capacidad bien reducida, y el otro no estaba funcionando, tenías que esperar mucho para poder subir o bajar. El desayuno era...

"No drinking water readily available. I guess it is a high price hostel. Bring with you or buy water at the desk for your room. No breakfast just a kitchen to use."
