"Customer service has been phenomenal. I have been working remote for 5 years and visiting different places and this is my favorite by far. The staff helped me find the place since I traveled an hour from San Juan, PR. When I come back to this area, I’ll definitely be back here!"

"Great location. Close to the beach and Kiosks. Lots of extra charges tacked on to the room fee. Staff was inconsistent from super friendly to can’t be bothered. Breakfast was pretty standard. Juices, coffee, cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread bar, and waffle maker. "

Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"Clean, close to the beach, parking and well equipped "

"This is a local 1 bed apartment. It wasn’t exactly what I expected from the pictures. The AC worked well but was only in the bedroom. They had coffee as well as beer and water in the fridge! It was really hard to find if you weren’t local - the confirmation address should be updated. Also hot water for the shower relied on flipping a switch connected to the light over the sink - didn’t figure this out until one cold shower! "

"Location - next door to kayak tours and great restaurants on the beach. Excellent service, they have everything you need, and get back to you on any questions promptly. Beds are more comfortable than what we had in San Juan. Clean and functional. Only negative - roosters crow at 4AM. Bring earplugs. If you’re looking to stay in the Fajardo area this is a great option!"

"Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch.
