"Staff was great and room was somewhat clean. But there is no point in having a kitchen there because there was nothing to use to cook your food no plates, pots or pans. And in room 302 the tv is hanging lop sided held on by only two screws out of four very sketchy you have a coffee maker but no coffee."

"Had to wait over 1 hour for shuttle which was ridiculous considering how close the airport is. The hotel shuttle was parked beside hotel, not being used. A shuttle from another hotel took us to hotel. If you want a hotel with airport shuttle, pick another hotel. "

"We were visiting the area from Winter Garden and so glad we chose this resort because that’s exactly what it felt like, a resort. Very clean and comfortable and what a GREAT location. We had never been before but this hotel and area made it certain that we will be returning soon and staying here again. The beach out back is so nice and clean, very well kept and beautiful.
