B&B di Cergy-Pontoise

"Reception staff seemed new and to be unsure of how to do some intake processes. Website I used to book referred to parking available but didn't quote a price or allow you to reserve a spot, had I been unable to park my rental car I would have been very upset. The entrance from Rue Louis Lumierre did not have the adress 44 and as the sign is high above the entry way it is not visible from the car when on the street. As Rue Louis Lumierre is quite long and I did not see any othe adress numbers...

"Jacques goes the extra step for his guests. The room is modern and quiet."

"The staff was extremely helpful and responsive!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Our room, at least, faced out to a busy street with a lot of noise. This was not a problem for us as we like to sleep with the window open. There were room darkening curtains. We did have some issue reaching the owner when we first arrived but this may have been more to some technical issues we were having with our phones. Once in communication, he was quite helpful. In addition, the permanent residents of the building were helpful as well. Our goal was...

"Propriétaire très sympathique à l'écoute des demande du client. Que du +. Location à découvrir par tous ses aspects."

"Claire was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She gave a lot of tips. Breakfast was excellent. Thanks, Claire! 🙂"

"The property is clean and quiet. The rooms are just the right size with a large bathroom. The host is entertaining. We enjoyed our stay."

"It's very convenient to get to the nearby Paris Expo Porte De Versailles exhibition center, just a 10-minute walk away. There's also a small Carrefour supermarket within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to buy groceries. My accommodation was like an apartment-style hotel, with a kitchen, microwave, and other facilities, making it convenient to heat up food. I was very satisfied and hope to stay here again next time."

"Host was very attentive and looked out for us when we arrived to open the gate. The breakfast with fresh baked goods and coffee made the day before we left for CDG."

"Fantastisk hotel - skal I til Paris, er dette hotel stedet! Utrolig sødt og hjælpsomt personale, køleskab med kolde drikke, lækker morgenmad serveret på værelset, skønt værelse med dejlige senge og placeringen er helt perfekt. Metrostation lige om hjørnet til alle steder. Stedet får vores varmeste anbefaling. Vi boede i familieværelset (to voksne og to børn på 14 og 17 år). God plads og rigtig fransk stemning."
