Hotel Murah di Certaldo Alto

"Very modern clean complex, rooms were excellent in presentation,but lighting in room I found confusing knowing where to switch on and off. Bath height for me was to high to hurdle not sure how most will get into shower without slipping probably needs a step but then slipping would be an issue. To far out of town for me 2 nights and taxi x 4 trips 150 euro then this morning when i got dropped in I saw the guy who checked me out and gave me Taxi name and number was there in a Radisson Blu vehicle...

"Beautiful property very well maintained. Relaxing, private, quiet and extremely beautiful setting. Rooms were well appointed with nice terraces out front. Staff were very professional and attended to your every need. Slightly disappointed with the food at dinner but the breakfast was good and had an assortment of choices."

"Front desk was very nice! Complementary water and flip flops were given upon arrival. Overall the grounds were well maintained but the pool was dirty ( no cover on pool/ or pool boy to clean out every couple hours). Pool is right next to a main road covered up by some bushes but you can hear the cars zipping by. Rooms were nice. Breakfast had a great variety of food. Onsite dinner was okay nothing special."

"Tolle Hanglage mit Blick auf die Altstadt gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Sitz und Liegestühlen. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool. Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das wenn man am Wochenende anreist, das Hotelrestaurant im voraus reservieren muss, ansonsten muss man außerhalb Essen gehen, da dieses ausgebucht war."

"Mooie ruime kamers, gevarieerd ontbijt, zeer behulpzame medewerkers. Enig minpuntje was een gevaarlijke instap voor de douche ( zeker voor oudere mensen)"

"We had a delightful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jessica! The building and grounds are amazing. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Dinner at restaurant onsite was also very good. While out of town a ways we enjoyed the 40 walk and climb up to the old walled city."

"The room was large and roomy and quiet. The breakfast was great! And the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful. The workout room was small but. Equipped for what we needed and there was never anyone else using it."

"Honestly, I've had better stays at Motel 6. The staff were mostly indifferent about any of my requests. The room and facilities simply didn't measure up to the cost. The room was small - hardly room to open one suitcase, let alone two. No soap, or body wash dispenser in the shower. The only option was to drop the tiny hotel bar of soap on the floor, then hope you didn't kill yourself picking it up again. No Kleenex either. Yes, it's a small thing but at the price they charge... And the hotel is...

From the moment we drove through the tree-lined driveway to the moment we pulled away; we were attended to by the most exceptional customer service. Communication was excellent prior to and during our stay. Additionally, and since we had a very late arrival, special care was taken and every effort was made to to make our visit most memorable. We were welcomed to beautiful rooms with a bottle of wine waiting and all the amenities....

One super kind lady at front desk with light hair helped us,... she called around until she could get us one.. then reserved it for us 2 days out. That was really the only issue... The poolside was so lovely and the breakfast each day AMAZING!!!!!!! Cant say enough. would love to stay there again!.. Helen Heyes"

"Das Hotel liegt ca. 3 km außerhalb von San Casiano und ist fussläufig nur schlecht zu erreichen. Falls es abends kein Restaurantbetrieb gibt, ist eine Fahrt in den Ort notwendig. Die Speisekarte enthält ein Menü, von denen die Gänge ausgewählt werden können. Das Essen fanden wir, wenn es das gibt, gut."
