"This place is incredible! An amazing cliffside setting with direct access to the emerald water of the Mediterranean. However, because of its setting, there are a lot of stairs (not for those who are out of shape). There are 165 steps down to the accommodation from the main road (staff helped with luggage) and another 300 steps down to the water. "The Anantara was incredible!! Beautiful room, incredible views from every location at the property, wonderful food, fantastic bar service and selection, and the most caring and friendly staff I've encountered! Parking was available and easy to use (Valet). The hotel offers complimentary hourly transportation to downtown Amalfi. Laundry service was efficient (but expensive). Overall, the 5-day stay was simply incredible!"

The views from the hotel were awesome…and there were a lot of stairs to get that view but there was an elevator! The owner gave us great recommendations for places to eat…we even went to one place twice. We also had an issue with our ferry to Ischia being cancelled due to weather and the owner was able to accommodate us for...
