"Poor check in as way too much waiting due to one person on desk and large queue. No information on times or amenities. Didn’t have breakfast as too expensive at £16. Would have done if it was slightly cheaper. Did have an evening meal which was great and service was superb. Room was clean with plenty of space and could have a hot shower without water goining everywhere. WiFi was unusable in room so had to hotspot off the phone (WiFi was okay in restaurant though). "Room was big and had a lobby to reduce noise from corridor. Toilet and bathroom are in separate rooms. Bedroom had a large bed, a soda and big screen TV. Dual windows worked well against motorway sounds "

"A brilliant stay at the Pack Horse again for us, thank you. It's our first choice when visiting relatives. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have good facilities. All the staff are great, the breakfast choice is fantastic and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended."
