"The value was excellent. However, the room is very dated. The furniture all looked like it came from a thrift store. The walls were not professionally painted. The bed was horrible. All I could feel is the springs inside the mattress. The cleanliness was excellent. The bathroom and sink area was well maintained and clean. The AC unit was a breeding ground for bacteria. Overall, the stay was nice. I didn't partake in the breakfast option. "

"We stayed one night, the place was okay for the price. We were woken up in the middle of the night by the car alarm of one of the vehicles parked right outside our window. If we ever stay there again we will ask to stay on the second floor. There was also a lot of noise since people were walking in and out though the small hallway. The furniture is new and the restroom is well maintained as well."

"The main water line was shut off for repairs in the evening, but we were there for a medical procedure and were required to shower that evening. We were unable to d that until after 10pm and had to be back up at 4am to go to the hospital. The room phones did not work so we had to call the desk from our cell phones. Also, the bed has a metal frame and sounded like someone banging on a tin roof every time you turn over or get out of bed. No compensation was offered for the water inconvenience, or...

"Did not like being charged for parking in the hotel parking area. Was the first time I have ever had to pay for parking in the property parking area."

"Nothing special as l and not worth the EXTRA $75 they charged me once I got there. No warning about that little gem of a gotcha charge. A basic room across from the gym and bathroom for $375 was ridiculous!! I’ll never stay here again and I’ll warn all who have ears to stay away from this crooked establishment!"

"My stay was great. Only problem my wife booked my trip while I was traveling from Houston, I wasn’t sure what time I would make it in. My reservation was cancelled due to me arriving the next morning past check in. I didn’t receive a call confirming I was arriving early morning they just canceled and it was a bit of an inconvenience especially after driving 12hrs."
