"I appreciated being offered when we checked in to choose which floor are room was on."

"Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area."

"Location was very good, just a block or two from the King of Prussia mall. Rooms were good, except ours had a faint odor of Raid bug spray, which unfortunately was the strongest right behind the bed. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Just be ready at check-in for them to charge your credit card (refundable) $50 for "incidentals","

"Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there."

"We were there three days. The property is old but fairly well maintained. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The clerk at the desk was very nice but the fellow watching over the breakfast was thoroughly annoying, cutting in and taking over the process of my making my waffle. I was unable to have tea during my stay as they did not have any milk. Would have thought someone would have taken the initiative to go to the store to have milk on hand. "We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. "It was ok for a one night stay over. When we got the keys for our room they did not work . To find out we were given the wrong room number. Then the pullout couch had food under it. Old food. It was just ok. I think they price was too expensive for what we got"

"The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"
