"You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. "Beautiful property and very courteous staff. The beachfront side is new with attractive, modern furnishings. I loved the washer/dryer and large kitchen in the one-bedroom suite . The only issue with this property is the food and the wait for the food. The breakfast was not that great, the room service food was aweful (flatbread had chicken that tasted old) and they took very long. Also, the food (appetizers in this case) by the roof top bar took really long and was not good. They need to improve...

"Amazing property! right next to the beach and you can walk or bike to the town and grocery store. Staff amazing and very helpful if I needed anything while i was there.Literaly down the block from the famous Thursday fish fry, Mr. Groupers and Shisha lounge. I want to keep this a hidden gem but the property deserves their flowers."
