The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was also helpful and informative. It is across the street from a 7-11 and a 10-15 minute walk from the busy area where there's a lot of restaurants and shopping, so the location was very convenient. Overall, would recommend and come back.

The propoerty did not reflect the pictures. There was no room service. The hotel was seriously under staff. Breakfast was extremely ordinary. I took the family nearly every day out for breakfast. I kept asking for hand towels, not delivered. When arrived, Tv did not work, needed to be repaired. One air conditioner in main bedroom. Living area was always hot. Room was also needed maintenance. Staff was very friendly but the property was not a 4 star hotel at all. The money i paid did not reflect it at all. Extremely disappointed.

This property is a diamond in the rough. This resort has beautiful views at all pool locations. The stuff are nice friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back during peak season.

The villa needs a reno, otherwise the villa is amazing. Remember to bring bug spray or to plug in the mosquito repellent that is in the room at night.

The room with the jacuzzi has an amazing view. Otherwise the room needs a reno. AC control panel had broken buttons and we were not able to adjust the fan speed (was set to high all night).

Wouldn’t recommend at all for a short stay, I was thrown up to some old nasty room full of mould… I’m assuming the long stay is who gets the liveable conditions. Had to carry my bags up and down the stairs… power cut in the whole area meant I had no ac, couldn’t call down for help to get my bags to reception… the who booking was a waste as I walked straight back out. When I called Expedia for some help in the matter they said the don’t have a correct number to contact them… I do not recommend booking at all if I’m honest as that last part means as customers we are left very vulnerable!! As a solo female traveller this was not ideal at all!

The property did not look exacly like photos including my room with decor. They are limited with personal so it takes time to get assistance. The room had an old smell to it due to A/C not being on and circulating throughout room. The place as a whole was not exactly like the pics they show

Great look and feel
Fantastic location if slightly out of the way is what you are after. Nice place, probably better with transport. Quiet, secluded chalets which looked great, felt great. A little bit tired in some of the decor, but thats just a small grumble.

Great!
First room wasn’t up to standard. Hot, cold water but got upgraded which was nice. Second room was beautiful, and stunning view. Staff treated us like royalty, cooked our eggs and made coffee each morning for us. Very pleasure stay. Would recommend!! Thumbs up to the nice older Thai guy who always made our day by dropping us at our unit, or just being a great person.

The property was very run down and no amenities. We ended up switching hotels after a few days. Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel staff was very nice.

The views were amazing from my room. My second room was clean and lovely. My first room smelled terrible. I think maybe they have just fumigated or something. It was a chemical smell that made my face burn. I asked for a different room and they moved me to a lovely room in the top floor. This hotel has aged a lot in comparison to the photos and needs a bit more upkeep. The breakfast was okay. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Chambre exceptionnelle vu sur la mer avec baignoire balneo efficace par temps de pluie eau super chaude un régal . Par contre le petit déjeuner une vraie catastrophe indigne de l'hôtel café lait pain de mie rien de plus sûrement à cause du fait qu'il n'y avait que 4 chambres de louer mais bon je reviendrais mais sans l'offre petit déjeuner car il n'y a rien à manger

Possibly the nicest accomodation ever.
With a warm welcome the staff assisted us continually, with any request we had. The breakfast was yummy, assistance with transfers was arranged. The view from lur room was breathtaking high on a hill overlooking Chalong and beyond. It was a great place to base ourselves for our trip to Big Buddha. Our room was stunning, comfortable and elegant. The facilities were top class and the staff all lovely. Thank you for my Birthday Cake it was such a special surprise and so thoughtful. I would recommend Chalong Chalet to everybody looking at staying in this area. Best accomodation we had for our whole holiday in Thailand.

Fangen wir erstmal mit den positiven Gesichtspunkten an. -Der Room Service und das Essen sind einsame Spitze. -Die Zimmer sind sauber und optisch ansprechend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. -Die Anlage ist vom Grund auf sehr schön nur so manche Ecken und Bereiche sind in die Jahre gekommen. Jetzt zu den weniger schönen Eindrücken. -Das Hotel antwortet auf keine Email Anfragen zwecks Transfer vom Flughafen. -Die Angestellten, außer ein paar einzelne, können keinen Brocken Englisch, was die Verständigung nicht vereinfacht. -Ein Angestellter mit sehr wenigen Zähnen im Mund hat versucht uns beim Roller Mieten übers Ohr zu hauen. Normalpreis ist 250 Baht/Tag. -Auf die Hilfsbereitschaft an der Rezeption, sei es für Auskünfte oder das Bestellen von Taxi oder Tuck Tuck, ist nicht zu hoffen. -Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Chalong und ist sehr Abseits vom Schuss. Ohne Roller wären wir aufgeschmissen gewesen. Mein Fazit: Der erste Eindruck war gut allerdings verfliegt dieser sehr schnell. Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und auch Freunden nicht weiter empfehlen.

Hyvä, monipuolinen aamiainen, mutta kallis. Hotellilla oli kuljetuksia eri suuntiin. Lähellä on Katan ja Karonin hiekkarannat, sekä ostoskeskus toisella suunnalla. Liikenne kävellessä, pimeällä varsinkin, kaoottista. Maisemalliset uima-altaat.

Mooi hotel met fantastische suite
Mooi hotel in een mooie omgeving. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer. (404) Kregen een gratis upgrade naar een suite! Fantastisch. Vriendelijk personeel en fijne zwembaden. Ontbijt is a la Thais. Niet te veel van verwachten. Ligging is redelijk centraal en prima te doen met een scooter of taxi.

Super Hotel!
Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Wer sich nicht ganz an Kleinigkeiten stört, da hier noch Low Season is und nicht alles Top in Schuss ist, der findet hier Ruhe, Entspannung, Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer, freundliches Personal und tolle Pools! Zimmer mit Jacuzzi sehr empfehlenswert. Definitiv ein Geheimtipp Hotel.

Very disappointed overall
Based on average rating this resort has &price we paid, I expected so much more & was very disappointed overall. On a positive note, we had the pool to ourself, the chalet was large & having 2 rooms was useful when traveling with a child. However, the chalet was in much need of refurbishment & attention. The bathroom fixtures were broken, the decor was very tired, there was no bin in the kitchenette & the toiletries supplied were poor quality. We didn't have a room key so couldn't lock our chalet either. The breakfast was below average. It was a buffet catering for Asian tastes which wasn't appealing for westerners. The only cereal was coco crunch & the bread/jam were basic. The only saving grace was that they offered scrambled eggs cooked to order. However, we paid over 60% extra just for our child to occupy our room. This was based on her sharing our double bed - no additional bed was provided for her, despite the considerable extra amount paid & plenty of space available for a single bed. Then to add insult, the hotel insisted on charging us extra for our child to eat breakfast, despite us having paid extra within our room rate for 2 adults & 1 child to have breakfast & our booking confirmation clearly stating that breakfast was included for 2 adults & 1 child. The staff were friendly but this didn't change the fact that we had to pay extra for a meal of low quality that we had already paid more for than it was worth in our room rate. Wouldn't stay here again.

Relaxing but not convenient resort
Nice resort but not well maintained. Not convenient, don even have a convenient store, you have to spend a it of money if you wish to go town or market. Room is big but a lot of ants, you can founds on your bed. If you need a quite and relaxing holidays, this resort is good.

Awesome time here as always, it's only 20 minutes from Patong, but in a quiet area with friendly and helpful staff. I'll be back again in the next two months!

Winner!
I had to come to Phuket for some business and decided to stay overnight rather than driving back three hours. So my wife came with me and we really enjoyed this hotel. Great views and friendly service. The private jacuzzi on the balcony really topped it off. They have a wide variety of rooms and rates so I can only recommend the deluxe. Good value, especially if you like to avoid the whole Patong area which I do.
