"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time). Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating...

"The hotel is beautiful, and has its own private beach. It’s not convenient to walk anywhere except for the few shops on smal road leading into the hotel - but that is because it’s tucked away in a beautiful area. The staff was very professional and very nice. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty. A very smooth check in process, greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel. Lovely reception staff who then take you to your villa/room by buggy and show you the room features. We stayed in a villa and it was incredible - beautiful room & well equipped. Amazing pool and view over the bay. The hotel has amazing facilities - restaurants & bars, private beach and spa. Highly recommend to anyone A**** "
