"Hi I had been in communication about shuttle and some arrangements They have not been responsive and I would appreciate if I could receive some credit or some refund bcoz I paid extra for airport pick and drop off We mentioned it is a special celebration and we specially choose this place and wanted them to arrange and they said yes and asked to share contagt but after the first day nothing happened I reminded again and they said nothing was arranged Felt disappointed as I had explained"

"We stayed at Novotel Kata for a 1 week, Breakfast was delicious more varieties. I booked family room thinking it accommodates 4 people according to website, my friend was going to join us for last 3 days. Property was not accommodating and I had to book other room because resort said they can not accommodate 4 adult but they would not refund and change my booking to 2 separate rooms. I had to pay for extra room on top of family room for for 4 of us. It is way up on hill to walk up, shuttle runs...
