"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"The floor looked a bit greasy. The cushions on the bed were a bit dirty - i would recommend not to put on the bed at all as they were no use to most customers. The staff were friendly and good in responding to requests like bringing extra towels."

"After a long drive to Niagara, Sterling Inn was a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, sheets were clean and smelled fresh, the shower and jacuzzi were clean, and iin excellent condition. The breakfast in bed was the icing on the cake. Property was walking distance from the falls and amenities. Loved my stay and will stay again whenever I visit Niagara."

"Writing this review after an amazing stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. We booked our stay on Expedia where I misunderstood what I was booking and thought I had booked a room with a view. Turns out the view was a brick wall. This was very disappointing as it was our son's 16th birthday and we had planned a weekend getaway. Not the end of the world but disappointing for sure. I voiced my concerns on Expedia to let them know that when booking a two queen bed 'View", the words "no view' would be...

"Clean room overall, helpful staff. Fridge in the room wasn’t very cold, we had to use the ice machine and our insulated bag to keep our food cold. Pool and hot tub were closed shortly after arriving for maintenance. "

"Location was perfect to explore downtown and falls. Down sides: they need new mattresses, one of them we could only sleep on half of it because the springs were broken. There breakfast had the start of something good with waffles and bananas and other options, but no eggs or meat and the eating area is too small to accommodate, so people had to wait for table. You can tell they started to renovate, but stopped short of finishing touches and fixture maintenance. Staff was helpful and courteous"

"The hotel is in a less desirable area. Walking to the casino or Clifton Hill takes you past sketchy neighborhoods with boarded up buildings and empty lots."

"I liked the staff kindness, the room cleanliness and how close the hotel is to activities and tickets. We loved all the activities we were involved in. Wish the staff were more knowledgeable about current area activities and directions. And that the rooms were bigger and the pillows firmer on the beds. Wish there was a wine bar in the room and more water better menu for the restaurant."

"This hotel’s location is a perfect 5 minutes walk to restaurants and activities. 10 minutes walk to the falls. The room floor looks newly renovated, however the beds are old and in need of replacement. The extra blankets smelled like ammonia. Bed sheets looked clean but mattress had ammonia like odor. Bring your sheets and a blow up bed and your stay will be great. I did not partake in breakfast but it was offered."
