"Amazing place to stay. The customer service was excellent. The rooms and all areas we could see were clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk helped us to our room after giving us tons of information about the surrounding area. He was sociable and made us feel very welcome. "Honestly disappointing. It was supposed to be our honeymoon, so we booked a room with a hot tub, I will say the room looked decently similar to the photo. The room was very clean, the rest of the hotel appeared clean. The hotel was not cohesive, rooms renovated to look retro, the rest of the hotel looked like it was in time needing desperate maintenance, and very hotel horror movie vibes with how increasingly unsettling it felt after check in. The pool was closed which I wasn’t informed of...
