"The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. She is very kind, polite and generous. She made drinks for my son and I (hot coco and tea). She was fun to talk to. I wrote this...

"My room was up stair near the front parking lot they have more than 1 building. at least 1 building is lake front. exterior is a bit run down from guests hitting walls with skies and other items, walk way floors are a bit soft and bouncy they sqeak in some areas its definitely a older building. I likely had the smallest bathroom sink in the building. my room smelled of cigarette smoke It was worse at night when the windows were closed. it had a small mini fridge and maybe 24" tv towels and...

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "

"Our stay was great! Our room was just as described. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Friendly staff and very helpful. The onsite bar was amazing! The pool and hot tub were very refreshing after a long day up top the mountain. Definitely recommend Margaritaville. Laid back environment in the middle of the hustle and bustle!"

"Love all about this hotel especially very convenient to gondola, all the shoppings, restaurants and walkable to everything. The ski resort mountain vibe is fantastics; the room is comfort and roomy with impressive design for skiers. Great lodging to enjoy a wonderful Winter holidays. "

"I would not recommend staying in this hotel. The Wi-Fi did not work. We had issues with our TV and had to reset it a few times. The place looks nice in photos and from the outside, but from the inside it smelled old and rotten. We had to leave the windows open to air it out. It was absolutely terrible. Everything was outdated. It’s great that it’s a pet friendly hotel but if you don’t have a pet, then you’re dealing with pet hair and dander and the area they provide for them to relieve...

"Expedia, did not state the hot tub and pool were seasonal I would not have backed this property if I knew that The Hotel was old was not happy with stay I purchased the travel insurance which did not help at all even though we had to leave for an emergency at home we were denied any claim what so every. I would not stay at this hotel ever again"

"Room was average, in an awkward location, hallway was dingy and old. It was convenient to walk to places. Shower was warm but not hot unfortunately and we tried at night and again we in the morning, balcony overlooked parking lot and the back of another hotel…not worth the price"
