"All of the staff was phenomenal especially Mikaelo/front desk, Cody/maintenance and Greg/Dining.
We had multiple issues with the room (Native American Suite #18) that was resolved quickly by staff.
The only negative feedback we have was the cleaning/maid service. It was quite disappointing. Our room had only one coffee cup for 2 people and it had lipstick on it, dirt and plastic bottles under the bed and small stains on the duvet. No slippers and one crunchy robe in the closet for two people.
I think that if the cleaning service would have reported the other maintenance issues to the team (ie: fire alarm chirping, heater was out and the fireplace wasn’t working), they could have saved their colleagues a lot of time. I hope that in the future the cleaning team thoroughly takes time to inspect the suites, knowing that customers are paying more for a premium room. No one wants to stay in a dirty room. Please do better cleaning team!"
