"Paying for cheaper hotel Villa Toscany you can still use facilities across the road sauna, swimming etc. which is great. Good location. I do struggle to find information on Expedia website that check in for Villa Toscany needs to be done in Royal plaza across the road if I knew it from begging would be more helpful."

Hotel is particularly welcoming and suitable for children (ours are 11 and 15) with fantastic amenities for them and adults - a great pool and spa, games room and pool table, which we were able to use for the whole day after we checked out. "The room that we booked was looking over a court yard. Wrong it overlooked a junk yard and onto the grotty balconies of the neighboring building. The room was small and heated up quickly to the point it became unbearable. Reception was a cheerful person, but played dumb when you asked about various things, no kindness! I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone."
