"Nice place to stay in a very secluded area. Rooms were decent and clean. Staff was friendly and prompt with any room service requests. Breakfast and room service options were as expected. Nothing exceptional, but also not terrible. Pool and beach/property view was beautiful!"

"I have to give this hotel a low score only because the bed was so hard that sleep was not an option. This caused us to cut our stay short, which was the exact opposite of what we wanted. The host lady is excellent and very helpful, the area is beautiful and quiet. If the bed was ok we would have stayed for weeks."

Unfortunately we were not impressed with our stay. the surrounding property is obviously very nice but front desk is less than helpful and all the restaurants around are terrible and over priced. The best thing was the bellboys helping us with our luggage. Thank you to them! The lady at the front desk with glasses is rude. Breakfast buffet is displayed nicely but...

I have to call the receptionist and yelled to tell those 2 staff to stop disturbing us we need to sleep to wake up at 4 am and it was past 10 pm that night. Terrible as if we’re running out with the in room table and in room dining...
