"A perfect stay from start to finish. On check in, Jolo was amazing. A smile as soon as we got to check in and his customer service skills were impeccable. It makes such a refreshing change when customer service seems to be a dying breed. He was so friendly and personable. Offered us free breakfast for our 2 night stay and a late check out.
